Many grading and pay structures have  evolved overtime and it can be hard for organizations to justify why one  job is  graded  higher  or paid more. Organizations  require a  rational  and consistent  approach for determing  pay of  employees  in an organization based  on the relartive worth of  jobs. Job evaluation provides an equitable and defensible basis  for grading jobs and determining compensation.

We partner  with organizations to evaluate the  relative woth of  jobs  by carrying  out  comprehensive analysis of jobs  using  analytical methods. The  analysis  results  in  ranking  of  jobs and design of  a grading  structure. The outcome of  job evaluation can be used  independently, although it is usually part of  compensation system designed  to provide  appropriate  salary  ranges for all positions.
